Choose Tylö Combi and enjoy all kinds of saunas!

The Tylö Combi is a totally new sauna heater which, in addition to traditional high temperature wet or dry saunas, also offers the gentler pleasure of genuine steam or herbal saunas at a lower temperature in higher humidity. If you're satisfied with traditional sauna bathing alone, one of our other Tylö sauna heaters - the MP, Sport, S/SK or SDK/SD - is the right choice for you.

The Tylö Combi is not only renowned for the same high quality and standard features as all other Tylö products, but also incorporates:

Dry sauna

For a dry sauna you don't pour water onto the stones in the heater, but bathe at temperatures of between 70° and 100°C in a relative humidity of less than 10%. The dry sauna is a traditional form, its origins stretching far back into history, but it remains to this day one of the most popular ways to enjoy a sauna.

Wet sauna

This is what most sauna bathers enjoy best - that tingling sensation as water ladled over the hot stones is transformed into wave after wave of quivering hot air which penetrates and massages its way into the skin. And rounding off a wet sauna with a few extra ladles of water invigorates every pore in your body. Wet saunas are best enjoyed at temperatures of between 70° and 90°C in a relative humidity of 25-35%.

Steam sauna

The Tylö Combi also gives you the opportunity to enjoy a real sauna at much gentler temperatures, between 45° and 65°C. The steam sauna is a milder variation of sauna bathing, in a pleasant heat that even inexperienced bathers can enjoy. And, for a sauna that's both relaxing and refreshing, start with a gentle steam sauna, then increase the temperature gradually before rounding off with a traditional wet sauna.

Herbal sauna

You can even enjoy a delightful herbal sauna by placing fresh or dried herbs or spices in the Combi's special container and then relaxing as their scent permeates the mild tropical heat of a steam sauna. There is also a built-in dispenser for Tylö liquid fragrances - Eucalyptus, Lemon, Menthol, Pine and Peppermint.
