| PREFABRICATED AND INSULATED PANELS: All panels are made of 100% Western Red Cedar - even the framing you don't see. No pressboard or plywood is used. These panels form the walls and ceiling of your sauna room. Our standard rooms have clear cedar tongue and groove interiors and knotty bevel siding exteriors. Knotty tongue and groove interiors and clear or knotty tongue and groove exteriors are options. NOTE: Our prefab saunas are bigger than the industry standard as our interior sizes are net. An example is a 5'x7' prefab is 60"x84" inside measurement. Add 8" to width and depth for exterior measurements. Standard 6'6" exterior height allows installation in low ceiling areas. All interior and exterior trim is provided. | |||
| DOOR: The self-closing door comes prehung in a wall panel and swings either left or right. We offer double insulated window options in several sizes. | BENCHES: We maximize the benching in each sauna. Our bottom screwed and back fastened benches have no exposed hot metal and come with prebuilt supports for extra strength, not individual lets. Options include doublewide or special width benches, and bench framing. | FLOOR: Removable cedar duckboard is included for the walking area of your sauna. Duckboard for under the benches is optional. Your prefab sauna should sit on a non-permeable floor or platform of concrete, vinyl, or tile. Carpeting or plywood are not suitable floor surfaces. | VENTILATION: A sliding, adjustable inlet and outlet system ensures that your sauna maintains a uniform temperature, conserves energy, and provides a fresh oxygen supply. |

| WHERE: Saunas can be located virtually anywhere - in a bathroom, basement, garage, attic, closet, or even under the stairs. | WALL AND CEILING CONSTRUCTION: Use 2"x4" studs 16" on center and lower the ceiling between 6'6" and 7'0". Insulate with R11 in the walls and R19 in the ceiling. Rough in a door opening to 24"x84" (or shorter). | FLOOR: Cement, tile or vinyl are suitable non-permeable floors. |
| DOOR: Choose a location for the 24" wide door and determine the swing. The door swings out of the sauna. As you stand outside the sauna looking at the door, determine which side the hinges should be on. | HEATER: Choose a location for the 24" wide wall area for the wall heater. Custom made styles and sizes, including wheelchair access doors are also available. Doors open out and can swing either direction. Doors are 100% Cedar.
